Hotel Guestroom, 3D Concept
About This Project
Hotel guestroom artistic impressions exploring layered lighting, statement headboards, and city-view glazing for a hospitality client.
Services Provided
The Brief
A hospitality client needed guestroom concepts that would still feel distinct across multiple room types — a genuine design challenge for hotel work, since every room shares the same basic furniture list (bed, wardrobe, desk, TV) and the differentiation has to come from how those pieces are treated, not from different furniture.
The Approach
Each guestroom concept was built around a different statement headboard and lighting treatment — a blue upholstered headboard against red curtains in one room, a city-skyline art panel in another, sunset artwork in a third — so the rooms read as distinct without changing the underlying layout a hotel needs for operational consistency. City-view glazing and a compact desk nook were worked into the layouts to address the two things guests actually use a hotel room for beyond sleeping: working and looking out.
The Outcome
A set of guestroom concepts that share a consistent layout logic but read as individually designed rooms, giving the client options across headboard and lighting treatments before committing to a single design for rollout.
