B.I.L.D provides interior and landscape design services in Uganda, including space planning, conceptual design and 3D artistic impressions, 2D layout and technical drawings, and related design deliverables presented on this site. Website prices shown for residential plans cover design and drawing packages; they do not include construction, materials, or implementation costs unless stated otherwise in your written proposal.

Pricing And Quotes

Residential plan prices shown on this website are the prices for the corresponding design and drawing packages at the time of publication. Commercial projects are quoted individually because their scope varies. A written quotation you receive from us is valid for the period stated in that quotation and applies only to the scope described in it.

Site visit fees (within Kampala and outside Kampala) are as shown when you book a consultation. The final fee for your specific address is confirmed when we contact you, because we cannot verify every location automatically.

Project Information And Images

Images on this website are used to illustrate our work and capabilities. Before-and-after comparisons and portfolio photography may have been cropped or adjusted for display, and some images are design concepts or 3D artistic impressions rather than photographs of completed installations. Please confirm any specific detail with us before relying on it.

Intellectual Property

All design work — including concepts, drawings, 3D impressions, and documentation we create — remains our intellectual property until full payment and any agreed handover are complete. Once a project is paid for and delivered, you may use the deliverables for the purposes of that project. You may not resell or redistribute our design work without our written permission.

The B.I.L.D name, logo, and all content on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without permission.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your space and requirements, to obtain any permissions needed for a site visit, and to review designs and documents within the timeframes agreed so the project can proceed. Delays you cause may affect project timelines and, where applicable, costs.
