The Brief
A residential living and dining space that needed a full renovation starting from bare walls — the kind of project where the before condition genuinely constrains what the after can be, rather than a light cosmetic refresh.
The Approach
Because this started from bare walls rather than an existing finished space, the renovation could be planned without working around prior finishes — floor, wall treatments, and the living/dining layout were all decided together instead of retrofitted room by room. That's also what makes the before-and-after comparison here a genuine one: both photos are the same physical space, not a styled shot next to an unrelated reference image.
The Outcome
A finished living and dining space built up from bare walls, with the before-and-after pairing showing the same room at both ends of the renovation.
