A residential renovation with a genuine before-and-after transformation, from bare walls to a finished living and dining space, alongside a finished Jinja Airbnb living and dining space and 3D concept renders exploring an alternate living-room direction.

The Brief
A residential living and dining space that needed a full renovation starting from bare walls — the kind of project where the before condition genuinely constrains what the after can be, rather than a light cosmetic refresh.
The Approach
Because this started from bare walls rather than an existing finished space, the renovation could be planned without working around prior finishes — floor, wall treatments, and the living/dining layout were all decided together instead of retrofitted room by room. That's also what makes the before-and-after comparison here a genuine one: both photos are the same physical space, not a styled shot next to an unrelated reference image. Alongside the built renovation, we also explored a separate 3D concept direction for the living room — a different orange-and-cream scheme with a cracked-mirror feature wall — shown here as concept renders rather than built work. Also shown here is a separate finished project: a short-stay Airbnb living and dining space in Jinja, styled with a curved sofa, gallery wall, and a statement pendant light, photographed for guest listings.
The Outcome
A finished living and dining space built up from bare walls, with the before-and-after pairing showing the same room at both ends of the renovation, plus a finished Jinja Airbnb living and dining space and concept renders for an alternate living-room scheme.
