About This Project
An office fit-out for Epsom Energy — strip-out and framing through to a finished reception, boardroom, and workstation floor, alongside 3D design concepts for the branded meeting room.
The Brief
Epsom Energy needed an office fit-out that carried their brand into the physical space — a meeting room that visibly belonged to the company, not a generic boardroom, alongside a functional reception and workstation floor for day-to-day use.
The Approach
The branded meeting room was designed first as a 3D concept, working the company's identity directly into the wall graphics and colour scheme before construction started — that sequencing matters for a branded space, since it's far cheaper to adjust a brand wall in a render than after it's built. The rest of the fit-out followed the same strip-out-to-finish process as any office project: framing, a wood-slat feature wall, glass partitioning, then the reception desk and workstation floor.
The Outcome
A finished office floor with a boardroom that reads unmistakably as Epsom Energy's own space, plus a reception and workstation area built out from bare framing to a complete, functional fit-out.
