The Brief
A short-stay Airbnb unit in Jinja needed a living and dining space that would photograph well for listings and hold up to guest turnover — a different brief from a private home, where the styling has to read clearly in photos and the furniture has to be durable under frequent use.
The Approach
The curved sofa was chosen as much for how it reads in a wide listing photo as for comfort — a shape that fills a room's corner without the hard edges a straight sectional would show in a wide-angle shot. A gallery wall and statement pendant light were added as the two focal points a guest's eye goes to first, and the dining area was styled with its own table setting so the space reads as move-in ready rather than staged.
The Outcome
A finished, photograph-ready living and dining space for a working short-stay listing, styled for how the room performs in guest photos as much as for how it feels to sit in.
